Discussing our emotions can be both beneficial and supportive. It allows us to feel heard and validated, providing perspective, insight, and clarity, fostering a deeper connection with our inner selves, and realizing we are not alone in our struggles.
Levels of Consciousness

As human beings, we possess various levels of consciousness, which should be considered when accessing hidden parts of ourselves that we may not be fully aware of. Recalling past experiences can be emotional and triggering, bringing deeply buried memories into our conscious mind. Once these memories or emotional traumas are activated, discussing them might not necessarily neutralize them in a way that brings relief and a positive resolution. Sometimes, it can have the opposite effect, as dormant negative emotions and beliefs resurface, causing us to feel overwhelmed and relive the experience. Our subconscious mind cannot distinguish between reality and perceived reality, making it feel as if the experience is happening again. It can be unsettling and even dangerous to discuss past emotional traumas without an effective therapeutic process available for immediate relief.
MAP (Make Anything Possible) provides a solution. It is a process that is safe, effective, non-traumatizing, and grounded in neuroscience.
Body Storehouse
Our body and subconscious act as storehouses for our emotional trauma, challenging experiences, events, beliefs, and emotions. Everything that has ever happened to us is locked away in our unconscious, waiting to be activated. Sometimes, the Universe has a powerful way of highlighting issues that need to be addressed and healed. We may find ourselves repeating patterns in relationships, allowing mistreatment, or exhibiting behaviors like excessive drinking, leading to an unmanageable life. We might have buried childhood issues that are too painful to confront, yet addressing them is essential for restoring balance.
Deep Wounds Required Deep Healing
Healing occurs partly in the conscious mind by activating emotional trauma, painful memories, or negative events through speaking. Deep core wounds reside in the pain body, creating a dense, negative energetic structure that cannot be cleared with conscious intention and willpower. This is the realm of the Superconscious mind.
Superconscious The Infinite Healer
Within each of us lies the infinite healer, the all-knowing Superconscious mind, akin to a wise inner oracle of truth. It knows everything about our past and what needs to be healed to achieve a positive outcome aligned with our highest interests. The Superconscious mind removes the guesswork from what needs to be healed because it is already an expert on all aspects of who we are. It is ready to work on our behalf as soon as we become willing and active collaborators in the process.
What's Needed
Change is uncomfortable, but being stuck is even more so. When trapped in a negative energetic structure of past emotional trauma, talking alone will never provide a satisfactory resolution. Engaging with our ‘higher mind’ will. Energy, like water, needs to move and flow. Dense energy in the pain-body can shift with the powerful direction of our Superconscious mind, creating space for light to enter and allowing more positive emotions to thrive.
A Mapinto The Past
The MAP process has been specifically designed to target and treat emotions, beliefs, and past experiences locked in the pain-body. It is safe and non-traumatising, offering relief and transformation.
